Find then Move a SharePoint file Failing

Hi- I have a 2 folders in SharePoint that I am trying to move files between. One folder (Archives) holds the effective version of a procedure, the second folder (Historical) holds all of the previous revisions to that procedure. The file name is dynamic and is selected by the user when they want to make that procedure effective.

For a given file that I want to move out of Archive, I can successfully get the file contents with this action. Which looks in a specific subfolder for the file name with extension.

The problem comes when I want to Move this found file out of the Archive Folder to the Historical folder.

I get error 400 and a very long error message that starts with this
Failed to verify the existence of source object at 'https://mycompany.sharepoint.com/teams/MyDept/PK\u0003\u0004\u0014\u0000\u0006\u0000\b\u0000I=V!\u001es\u0001\u0000\u0000'\u0007\u0000\u0000\u0013\u0000\b\u0002[Content_Types].xml \u0004\u0002(\u0000\u0002\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\

Your Move file action doesn't seem to be configured properly.

File to Move property expects a File location.
