Good afternoon, guys.
Please, Could you help me with the following questions:

1. When I write any of the "Greeting" phrases, for example, "Hello", "Good afternoon" or some other, the ChatBot always returns me that it has not found a related topic.

2. Is there a way to change the icon of the chatbot?

Did you create your chatbot in English or Spanish?

Because greeting phrases are prepared to recognize the native language.

2. Is there a way to change the icon of the chatbot?
