    Hey Kozimierz

Unfortunately, it's happening to many of us who are still running 2.26 and not allowed to update yet. I found a workaround:

    1. Open the browser you want to automate

    2. Deactivate the browser extension

    3. Activate the browser extension

    4. Refresh in the browser

    5. You need to keep this browser window open to run the flows (yeah it sucks, but it works)

    Have a great day, Anders

    Hi @Kozimierz

I am having exactly the same issue after installing Windows updates on 13 Dec 2022.  I've described my experience in this post.

With the update to version 27 you need new browser extensions ( for manifest V3)

I run all flows with the new version.

The legacy browser add in needs to be switched of or deleted, because Power Automate Desktop seems to have a problem when both Add Ins are installed in parallel.

Also please make sure that in browser the developer mode is switched on for the Add Ins.

To make the extension work do the following:

    Configure Microsoft Edge

To ensure that Microsoft Edge works as expected with Power Automate, disable running background apps when Microsoft Edge is closed.

To disable this option, go to Settings > System and disable Continue running background apps when Microsoft Edge is closed.

Make sure that developer mode is on by the extension.

Try downloading and installing the latest version of PAD.  I've read another thread where they installed from MSI instead of the Store version of the app
