I have a CDS entity with a column of type file. When I upload a tab delimited txt file, in my automated flow, I want to read the file, loop through each row, and create a record in another entity. My first problem is that I am having a problem getting the file into the flow to read it. How do I do this?

You can read the file data from the "Get row" action or "When a row is added or modified" action directly, but do note that the file contents from any action are mostly binary or base64 data and not the real text data of file.
You can't directly parse or read the data inside the text file, but if you're using a excel file, we do have actions to read the data from excel tables.
