I have a unique scenario where I need to be able to send a message to the Workflows chat in Teams any time a new thread is created in any of our Viva Engage communities. We are a large company with thousands of frontline workers who will need to receive this message any time there is a post in a community they are a member of.
They do not have access to emails, and we are looking to implement this through Teams as there are other applications that the frontline workers can only access via Teams.
I have set up individual flows for around 200 groups, however they do not seem to be working, as I am getting the error "Looks like your flow's operation is hitting an action limit designed to protect the connector service being called" for most of the flows I've created.
I understand there are Viva Engage API limits but I'm not sure if there is a solution to achieve what I need.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I've attached a screenshot of the Power Automate flow which is duplicated for each group.
