Power Automate Free Licence

I have created some flows in my company with Power Automate Free (didn't know it was the free version). Our company has Office 365 Business, according to Google etc. Power Automate is part of Office 365. Now I got a mail the other day that the free trial version of Power automate expires and I would like to buy it to continue using it. My question is now, can I ignore the mail? because my company owns Micrsoft 365 anyway and so Microsoft just wanted to tell me that the trial expires. But I have the license for power automate so I do not have to worry that all my flows will be deleted?

With kind regards
Andreas

If you haven't used any premium connectors for your current flow, yes you can use power automate for office 365, but if you have used any premium ones you have to buy a separate PA license. see if you have premium connectors, those have premium tag when you add those actions.

small note, IT should provision power automate for office 365 in user licensing, if they haven't done so, you may get that message also. see to that also with IT admin, or power platform admin

    Thanks for quick reaction!!
I only use connectors from Sharepoint, Forms and Outlook Mail, are they premium connectors?

    Thank you

no, only teams forms are premium, Microsoft forms are free.

check my second suggetion, your licenses may not have allocated.

    1) Click your profile icon, click view account fo to subscription. there under your licenses see if power automate for office 365, sharepoint forms are listed or

2)go to microsoft 365 admin center (if you are a admin, or power platform admin) -> active users -> select one and see the licenses and apps. In apps see all the required ones are checked, forms, power automate, sharepoint, power apps etc. if not tell admins to activate them. otherwise all the users using your flow will get the same message as yours now, prompting a free trail.

please mark as the solution if that works
