Filter Owner Field to Show only Active Users

Hi,

I am creating a new record of custom entity Objective, i have the Owner Field as editable.

The Owner Field shows all Users, i want to show only Active Users.

Formula Used- Choices([@Objectives].'Owning User')

How can show only Enabled Users in User List of Owner field in Objective?

Hi,

Filter the Data source before you apply choice. You can use the syntax like below:

Choices(Filter(Objectives,<FieldName>="Active").'Owning User'))

Hi @Rilsina ,

Please try to modify the Items property of Combobox as follows:

Filter(Choices([@Objectives].'Owning User'), Status='Status (Users)'.Enabled).'Full Name'
