I have a power app that I call from a button in dynamics. Been working for a while. But they problem is that it only does a look up on a name param. So, if I have two records with the same name it doesn't return anything. So I'm trying to edit my code to either get the unique id of the record or getting two params to pass.
When I try to get the unique id power apps is giving me an incompatible type error, even though I don't know how it would know what type I am passing yet, unless it assumes one type, maybe string?
When I try to get two fields the parameter passed looks like this: [object%20Object], When really is should be a guid code is below.
So questions are:
- Does anyone know how to get a records unique id and pass as a param to powerapps and not have it complain about incompatible type?
- Does anyone know how I would rewrite the javascript to get the guid from the Customerid instead of [object%20Object]
