Do we have any library option in PAD where we can attach and use?
No, not yet. The Asset Library feature is currently only used for custom C# actions that we could create via the cloud portal and then use in PAD. But we don't have a PAD flow library per se. Me and quite a few other developers I know hope it will eventually be added to PAD, but it's not there yet.
