I saw this question was posed a year and a half ago but I was unable to solve my issue with the instructions provided. Can anyone assist? I'm trying to submit an entry into Vector but the EOU field will not populate and the drop-down provides no options. Thanks in advance.

Did you check the mapping of the dropdown as suggested in the last post?
I did, thank you, but I'm not able to access the screen where I can configure the drop-downs. From the Vector screen where I enter the information, I can only go back, cancel or submit the item.

Are able to edit the app in the Power Apps Studio? If not, there's not a whole lot else to do than to contact someone that can: the owner.

Go to https://make.powerapps.com/ and then on the left side click on Apps. Then search for the app and you can find who the owner is:

Thanks for following up, BC - no joy. I sent an email to the IT Help Desk on Monday as well, and they still haven't responded. 😞
