A way to show results based up on the Gallery selection on same screen

Hello Everyone,

Is there a way to display information based up on the "Arrow" selection from the gallery on the same screen it self.

Something like, if a user select a item to view on the left hand side, then on the right side of that screen it should show one column.

ON the left hand side, I have a gallery with Title and Subject based up on the user who logins in. When he/she selects an item that was submitted by the user.

one thought is to add display form right next to the gallery. However there is a hudle here for me.

1. I need my gallery to filter data from two excel tabels.how can I do that? (FYI → I added those two excels fiels as data source. I tried one filter but it only gets info from one tabel Filter(Final,Lower(Email)=Lower(userinfo))     )

2. If I add display form right next to the Gallery, how can I display only one field based up on the selection? Because the one field that needs to be display is called "Description" and I have same column in both the "excel tabels".

excel tabel column name: Final and "Final1"

    Hi @rajkumar88

    1.For your first question,you can consider combine or join the two excel tables or use two Galleries.

    If you want there is only one gallery shows on the screen you can add one control to control the gallery's visible.

    For example:

    Dropdown1.Items=["Gallery2","Gallery3"]

    Gallery2.Visible=If(Dropdown1.Selected.Value="Gallery2",true,false)

    Gallery3.Visible=If(Dropdown1.Selected.Value="Gallery3",true,false)

     Could you please reference this?

    2.You can use Add Field to add the field what you want.

    For example:

    DisplayFormField.PNG

    @v-yuxima-msft,

    Thanks for the solution. Is there any other way to implement this instead of dropdown? User want's to see his/her all created requests in  a vertical way without having to select any option, which is where I thought to user Email column =user email.

    2. But the filter should show all his requests bu looking up to both the tables.

    3. once display, if heor she/ selects the item by clicking the arrow, then it should display content on the right side. I don't want to display content before that until unless they select the respective item.

    Hi @rajkumar88

    Could you please share more details of your datasource?

    What are your column types in your data source?

    Best Regards.

    Hi Yumina,

    They are just regular excel columns in excel table.
