Hi there, i need help here to resolve the issue regarding Get File Content.
I made the automation to get the response via MS Form and input it into the MS Sharepoint list as per guided by Reza in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K-hiDOPAG-4 ).
It was successful and the automation work perfectly for the response up to 100 registered until last month, suddenly there is an error.
The attachment unsuccessful attached together in the list in share point.
No modification on the flow along the way.

I have tried redo it many times as per Reza's tutorial, but still unsuccessful.
Is there any update from the automate which effect this flow?
because I did not change anything until this suddenly happen.
