Getting a total value

Hi,

I have the following flow where i would like to get the total of a particular field(Gremiumamt value) within an entity. The body of the apply to each 3 step is just the value of list contact. The body of the apply to each step 8 is the value of the list committee members step. I wrote the length part at the end of the flow as follows: length(variables('committee office'))

The result is like this (I'm expecting a result of 0 which I'd like to use later in the flow:

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Could you please try removing the <br> tag from the append action I think that is making the difference in the length action.

@Krishna92 , thanks. I think I managed to resolve it by initialising an array variable, appending to the array variable and then composing the result. I'm wondering how I can use the result, the one I've composed (total committee office and gremium further
in my flow though. Can you advise me here please?

If that is a Compose action, then you will be able to see it in the next step in dynamic content as output.
Or you can also fetch content from it using below query, please put this query in expression tab

outputs('Total_committee_office_and_gremium')

@Krishna92 , I don't have any problems with my string variables and accessing them outside my apply to each to step. But I don't seem to be able to see this array one even after doing what you suggested.
