flow time out

Hi the flow is to read csv file, insert or update if unique identifier exist in the database. The unique identifier is a string concat of 2 columns. This flow works well when there's less than 10 rows of data but when i tried it on my actual data of 9000 rows it timed out. Need some advice here. Thanks alot!

    Please show Settings for "Apply to each".

    Try to delete "Apply to each" block. How long time will it take to finish then?

    the issue is that the apply to each timed out when there's like 9000 rows of data. is there a alternative way to do it so that it dont get timed out?
