Hi all.
I’m planning on building an app to organize and play tutorial videos in my organization. I see there are plenty ways to accomplish this. My question is, what is the best method to approach the host/stream of videos?
Would it be smarter to use Microsoft Stream as my video host, or will it be better to use YouTube?
Any other tips that pop up would also be appreciated.

If all the users of the app are within your M365 tenant then I would recommend using Stream. If you will have any external users you'll need to use YouTube since Stream doesn't support external users yet.
