Updating an item in a SharePoint list after approval flow from another SP library

Hi all, I have a SP site where users upload their Excel documents, and can submit them for approval. Is there a way so that after approval, a SP list is updated? Both the library and the List have columns that can be matched. I have this currently, but all it does is update a random item in the SP list. How can I get it to find the right item to update?

hi @d6410 here is the trick.

You need to understand that when sharepoint creates a record, it will assign an ID. That ID is autoincremental start in 1 and so on. So if you want to update any row you need to be sure about pointing the correct ID

@d6410 it's not easy to answer that because that depends on your scenario. Say for example if you have 2 sharepoint actions. One to get a spesific row, second when you update an item. Both actions contents and ID but depends on you what ID you want to use.

When you are doing dynamic content please note the title before the actions, that will give you a better idea.

I've tried the ID from both actions for the SharePoint list. The Flow matches ID's but the ID for an item in the library doesn't match the ID in SP List. That's what I'm not sure how to fix, like how to make it match by a column value rather than ID.
