After tenant migration, Your organization (tenant) is over capacity for Database storage

Hi,

I've just finished a tenant to tenant migration.

New tenant is a copy of the old one, some environments, dataverse tables and data.

However the tenant origin has not over capacity use but the new one yes.

I don't understand why?

I annex images of capacity resume in both tenants

I would appreciate any help

If you still have both tenants available, click the Dataverse tab on the capacity screen to compare the database usage figures for the environments. Are there more environments in the new tenant? For example, in the screenshot the top 1 environment by storage usage is already different between old and new tenant. Could there be some migration test environments left that are consuming the storage space?

    Hi @jukka-niiranen

    Thanks for your time.

In summary the migration process I followed was: create new environments in destination tenant, export/import solutions for the apps and export/import dataverse data using csv files from source to destination tenants.

But although both tenants have the same environments, solutions, apps, flows and data, the capacity usage in destination tenant is much bigger.

The reason according with technical support is because nowadays an environment creation consumes double capacity (rounded) than in 2021 when I create the source environments.

Sum up all my environmets I was in overcapacity in the new tenant.

Taking into account all of this they suggest me to reconsider the number of environmets used in my tenant.

    Best regards
