Unable to open Power Apps build in Teams

Hi ,


I would like to create an power apps in Teams and share with my teams. When I click Build in Power Apps in Teams, it shows blank page. Anyone has same issue as mine? Or do I need additional license? Currently I m using Microsoft 365 E3.

    I am not positive but I think that this might need to be turned on at the admin level.
