Hi,
I have a gallery of items showing on the right pan after clicking LockerID button from the left pan.
On the right when users click on the save icon that is next to FSR/FST Comments - a check box needs to be shown just below the save icon ONLY for that gallery item and not for all the gallery items. How can I achieve this? Help!

The only way to add a checkbox for each individual item in a gallery is to have a corresponding column in the data source to track the value (checked/unchecked). Or at least use AddColumns() to add a column to the Items displayed in the gallery. If you want to track the visibility of the checkbox at the row level you would need another column to keep track of that.

Set a variable with the OnSelect of the Save Icon.
Set(varSave, ThisItem.ID)
Then in the Visible of the Checkbox use:
If(ThisItem.ID=varSave,true)
That will only work if there should only ever be one checkbox. If you want checkboxes to remain after the save icon is clicked for that row you need to track the visibility at the row level.
I agree, depending on what the checkbox is used for, a column attached to the checkbox may be necessary.
