I am new to Power Automate Desktop and this is the scenario:
I have 187 pdf documents in a folder that I need to send to individual people for their signature. I do not have Adobe Sign, but I do have Adobe Acrobat DC with the ability to add a request signature to the document. I want to:
Open Adobe Acrobat DC
Click on Request Signature in the screen
Once I click on Request E-Signature, it asks me to select file I want to click on that button to open the directory that has my 187 files.
Once I select the file, it will open the Adobe Window to add my recipient
Now I want to add the email address. It can be done by copying from an Excel file or I can copy and paste from another application that house the client profile. Once I enter the email address, a second window opens that allow me to type a Subject for the email and the body.
Then I select the button to Specify where to sign. This will open the Adobe pdf document where then I scroll down and place where I want to add a signature and date and then close the document and move to the next one.
Is this a process that PowerAutomate can do? I have tried the recorder, but I just can't get the hang of it. Please someone tell me how to make this work or if it is at all possible.
