Hi All,

I want to be able to create a flow that automatically sends an email out to a user who has just completed a Form with all of their responses to the form. Can anyone help me do that?

Could you please share a screenshot of the configuration of your flow?

I have made a test on my side and I have created a form which have question with multiple options to answer,and I could send all the options of the question on the email:
