How 2 connect message created inside a structure 2 a question that is in another structure?

 I want to connect the message on bottom left to the question in the top middle. I tried to redirect the line that indicate the flow to the top of the question in the top middle of the screen, but it shows up a  "don't" sign.  How can I solve this instead of recreate all the flow below?
