send emails with excel attachments with power automate but excel cannot be opened

Sorry to bother you, could you please help me.

 

I have created a flow with power automate, which enables colleagues to whom I sent emails to open the files (excel attachments) saved in OneDrive.  I saved those files on one drive, then I cannot open it with Excel online?  I did tests, and my flow worked (screenshot attached). I  received the emails  with the attachments, but cannot be open with the below error messages (screenshots attached?

    What is the field you have referenced there under File Content? It should be the Output of Get File content.

    Hello Sudeep, 

    Many thanks for your help.

    Please see my 1st screenshot, which shows Get file content - ID (the unique Idendifier of the file). 2nd screenshot with comments further below.

     

    I also created another flow which also works fine, please see my 3rd screenshot. I received the test email with attachment but same issue - cannot open the attachment.

    The 2nd screenshot, is the create file - OneDrive (Name) - name of the file ; Excel (attachment of the file formatted) , this flow works fine, I received the email I sent to myself with the attachment, but which cannot be opened.

    2nd flow below works also fine, tested. But with the same error - attachment (excel file) cannot be opened.
