 I had seen the demos of power-apps and I became big fan of it.

 I am seeking for powerapps software ,Can any one help me providing the link of powerapp software and the how can I publish the powerapp.

    Sam,

    That IS absolutely the correct URL. You can download the client from any app store as well, But until you are whitelisted you wont be able to use the software you download.
