how to make a flow to send email To(fixed HR email) and CC members based on Location column value selection(dropdown list)

Good afternoon!

My flow is working for one email however I need to send email to HR (fixed in To) and managers in CC based on location selection column in the SharePoint list. I am adding my flow for reference. I added Switch statement and added 6 cases based on 6 location values. It is not working for me.

How can I make it work.

To get more clarify- is it the same sharepoint list from which word document is also populated ?

So flow design should be like this

1. triggers when new item is created in sharepoint list

2. Populate the data in list item created to word template

3. send template and list item attachments to hr (email id is fixed) and manager whose email id can be get from location from the list item created

is this should be flow design expected ?

I was just confirming whether this should be the flow design

so coming to 3rd step- i meant that here we will send an email to hr and manager with list attachment and populated word document as per second step. I assume HR email will be fixed and there is no need to lookup that value in list item created. Also manager email can be obtained from the same list item which has cause the flow to triggered - is it correct ?

@Nived_Nambiar Yes HR email would be fixed everytime for 5 locations(column name Location Inspected) however based on the column value selection from same list-
L1(email needs to be send to M1 manager in CC)
L2(email needs to be send to M2 manager in CC)
L3(email needs to be send to M3 manager in CC)
L4(email needs to be send to M3 manager in CC)
L5(email needs to be send to M3 manager in CC)

i did not get what you said.

But what i need to know whether there is any column or sharepoint list which stores the manager which can be lookup based on location values ? or it need to hardcoded in flow based on location values ?

@Nived_Nambiar There is no manager name column in list. Manager's email can be selected during making flow as Hr email should be in To and Manager's email needs to be in CC. ( we can make a switch and based on case values email can be sent to diff managers in cc based on location selection column.)
