What is 'Desktop Flow Binary' type in solutions?

Hi,

 

I created a solution and added few flows recently. I see hundreds of items automatically got added with type as 'Desktop Flow Binary'. Which is making my solution look more clumsy. Not really sure to remove or keep them.

 

Could someone please let me know what are those and what I need to do to get rid of them.
