Unable to install PAD Machine Runtime

I am unable to click the box to install the machine runtime app.  I have updated the PAD program to the latest version and also upgraded Windows 10 Home to Windows 10 Pro today.  These are the only steps I've been able to find in other questions.  Anything new on this front?

    Here are all the prerequisites for running Power Automate Desktop.  Double check that your machine meets all these requirements.

    I would suspect that its the .NET Framework 4.7.2 or later that is missing if you just installed Windows 10 Pro.
