Hello,

I've an Excel Spreadsheet (not the best tool I know) with over 12000 Rows in a table with all arrived deliveries to my warehouse.

I'm trying to build an powerapp where the user can insert the Ordernumber in the search bar and all the items in that ordernumber will be displayed, since there is obviously a delegation issue here (Max 2000 rows) all the rows after max is not displayed even though the amount of items in that Order reaches possibly max 50 rows.

I'm wondering if there is an alternative solution where maybe the delegation only works for the searched Ordernumber in that table since no delivery has been more than 50 items in it.

If there is no solution to my problem could you please guide me through other options,

Thank you!

Best Regards

Vincent

    Hi @VincentGiovanni ,

Excel does not understand Delegation (it is not a database) - you need to switch your data source to SharePoint if you have 12,000 rows.

    Hello @WarrenBelz ,

Thank you for your quick response.
When you say Switch my data to Sharepoint do you mean Microsoft List or an Actual Sharepoint list where I Export my Excel data to that list?

If so, will that be the solution to my problem and is there a specific work method I've to use when using the different datasource or will the delegation work for those 12000 rows automatically.

    Best Regards
    Vincent

    Hi @VincentGiovanni ,

Lists are Sharepoint (same thing) I have a blog on Delegation that may interest you, but to answer your question, any Delegable query will work with SharePoint Lists much larger than 12,000.
