Anyway, I need to make an Offiline application, but two problems occurred:
1 - Fields type number, date, time (not of type "text") I can not save offline.
2 - My gallery only updates when I close and reopen the PowerApps application.
Could someone help me develop or send me an explanatory? It would be a great help.

1) Where are you saving your Fields? You should be saving them to a collection, which should then save numbers or DateTime values.
2) What do you have your Gallery bound to? What is in the Items property? For an offline App this is normally bound to the Collection where you put a copy of your data source data for when you are offline.
Also, be aware that the LoadData and SaveData don't work when you are in a Web browser. You have to use the mobile client to test that functionality. That might also be an issue with #1.
