    Hi @ummer ,

Lookup function finds the first record that meets the conditions and return a value, if you use 'TextInput.Text', it will return the value of text input. If you use '64534021', then it will return the value of the column name '64534021'. If you want to return the same result as 'TextInput.Text', you should use ''64534021'' instead of '64534021'.

    Best regards,

    thanks for reply ,

As you can see in table pic which i shared i have different column name

    32711742

    67534021

    32711743

    32711749

    32711750

    67534017

if i put column name directly in formula then its showing the correct result , like this LookUp('Process CIP','Bulk Code'= Current_Bulk_Code.Selected.'Bulk Code','67534021') with this formula result should be 2 which is showing in pic above , but when i want to select same column name from text box then its showing wrong results. can you help me with this

    Hi @ummer ,

Do you mean to put the 'TextInput.Text' into the Lookup function as a column name and return 2?

This is currently unsupported because 'TextInput.Text' cannot be recognized as a column name by lookup.

If my answer solves your problem, I hope you will accept it as a solution.

    Best regards,

    Rimmon

    Hi @ummer ,

    Please try this:

    Switch(TextInput.Text,
    "ColumnName1",
    LookUp('Process CIP','Bulk Code'=Current_Bulk_Code_1.Selected.'Bulk Code',ColumnName1),
    "ColumnName2",
    LookUp('Process CIP','Bulk Code'=Current_Bulk_Code_1.Selected.'Bulk Code',ColumnName2),
    .
    .
    .)

    Best regards,

    Rimmon
