Error communicating with Power Automate agent for virtual desktops

Hello everyone,

 

I'm trying to use the Power Automate agent for virtual desktops, right after the installation of this service on my Virtual Machine I get the next notification:

 

Error in the communication with Power Automate for desktop

Close the remote desktop session, then restart Power Automate for desktop and start the remote desktop session again.

For the installation, I followed the steps indicated on this link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/desktop-flows/virtual-desktops

I tried different things to try an fix this error:

I have the latest versions for both Power Automate Desktop (2.33.94.23166) and the Power Automate agent (2.25.188.22293)

 

Has anyone faced the same issue?

    Hi any PAD expert please help on this. I also have a Azure VM where I installed this PAD. Same error I am getting error communication between PAD and Agent. I followed all troubleshooting given in MS docs. But no use.
