Apply each does not work right

I build a flow to send an approval request for over 200 employees, and I need to write their answers into an Excel table as soon as each of them replies, and don't want to wait until all of them will reply.
But I got an issue because Flow sends an approval request to the first employee on the list and just waits while he will answer and goes forward only after that. But I need to send an approval request to all of them separately and write their approval independently.
Please help me with this, I can't solve it couple days.
