Microsoft Forms to SharePoint Lists with multiple answers

Hello Power Automate Community

I have automated a flow from Forms to SharePoint Lists with attachments and it is working well for the most part.

One issue I have is around how a response appears in SharePoint Lists from a Forms question that allows multiple answers.

Under Create item, the PRODUCTS Value - 1 is a Choice column in SharePoint Lists that allows multiple answers. In Forms I have made it the same way, the options match exactly and I have allowed multiple answers.

The output from the Form is showing in a String format and not matching up with the existing choices.

Format is like this ["Option 1","Option 2"].

Hoping that someone can assist me to show what steps I need to put in place to make this show like an Array.

Look forward to hearing back.

Regards

Matt

Thanks @RezaDorrani this video works perfectly for me.

One more question I had was around the Forms. I have prepared the Form in "My forms" library. Will staff within my organisation be able to fill out the Form, attach documents and repeat the process over and over again?

Would you recommend creating the Form in the Microsoft Teams and going the process in your YouTube video?

The main difference here is going to be where the File Uploads are stored? I would have to map the get file content to the SharePoint library instead?

    Look forward to hearing back.

    Matt

    Hi @RezaDorrani

Another variable I am dealing with is having 2 items with multiple choice answers.

Have attempted to replicate your flow around the Compose and Select Data operations in Power Automate but it is throwing up errors.

Below are the screenshots of what I have tried to do:

Your videos are incredibly helpful so I was wondering, have you dealt with this scenario before in one of your videos?

Or any other suggestions to fix the issue?

Thanks and look forward to hearing back

    Regards

    Matt

    Hi @RezaDorrani

I know you are probably very busy, but have you had a chance to look at my above query?

    Cheers, Matt

Thanks for your video. I have some difficulty to get exalty what it showed on the video. In the form box "When a new response is submitted", I dont have  the field "Attach relevant pictures and/or documents". Do you have a solution ?

There's an up-to-date guide available on how to connect Microsoft Forms to a SharePoint list using Power Automate, complete with screenshots and detailed flow steps. You can check it out Connect Microsoft Forms to SharePoint using Power Automate.
