Update a secondary list from a main list

Hello,

I am trying to create a flow that can update a secondary list from a primary list.

The primary list has columns in the following order: "Item name" (which stores item names such as item A, item B, item C), and "Quantity" (which stores the quantities that corresponds to the items in the same row:

The secondary list has columns in the following order: "Date", "Item A", "Item B", "Item C":

Whereby the number in the matrix corresponds to the inventory levels of each item on a specific date.

I wish to have a flow that is triggered manually (perhaps once a day manually or by a button on PowerApp), which will:
1. Check the date values on the secondary list. If today's date is not present, it will create a new row.
2. It will fetch data from the primary list for the 'Current Qty' of each inventory items, namely item A, item B, and item C

3. It will store these fetched data under today's date on the secondary list

I am stuck at step 3, whereby I have found it extremely difficult to set up an internal validation to match the item names between both lists (As the data obtained from the primary list is in the form of rows, whereas I am matching against column names on the secondary list). Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

    Hi @Anonymous ,

After listing rows in primary list, adding a "Filter array" to filter out "Item A". Then you can "Update item" in secondary list for "Item A" column with "Current Qty" column from outputs of the "Filter array".
