    You can check the logged in user with the if statement below and then add the values u want.

    The if statement goes in the "Items" or "Choices" part of your combobox.

    If(User().Email=Email,true,false)

    Hey @andreas_TR

    You can write:

    if(user().email ="user1@user.com",Value1 , if(user().email ="user2@user.com" , Value3 ,Value4 ))

    Without having any insight into your use case and scenario i would add a column to you datasource that says what email has access to what values, and then do a filter like below:

    Filter(List;Email=User().Email)

    But as I said, it's hard to say if this is the best solution without knowing what your case is. If this has to be done for a lot of users, then this is not a viable solution, but if its only for 3, it could work.

    Hi @andreas_TR ,

    This in the Items of the Combo Box will do it. You could also have a List with the same content and use that.

    Filter(
     Table(
     {
     Value: "Value1",
     UserMail: "user1@yourdomain.com user3@yourdomain.com"
     },
     {
     Value: "Value2",
     UserMail: "user1@yourdomain.com user3@yourdomain.com"
     },
     {
     Value: "Value3",
     UserMail: "user2@yourdomain.com user3@yourdomain.com"
     },
     {
     Value: "Value4",
     UserMail: "user2@yourdomain.com user3@yourdomain.com"
     }
     ),
     User().Email in UserMail
    )
