Flow not running as expected

Hello, I created a flow to move an email from the inbox to a different folder if its subject contains specific text. The flow runs successfully, but the action to move the email doesn't get triggered at all. When I check the flow history, the step I need to complete has an message that say's "ActionBranchingConditionNotSatisfied The execution of template action 'Move_email_(V2)' skipped: the branching condition for this action is not satisfied." I've reconfigured the flow a few times, and I'm not sure what I'm missing, causing it not to run as expected.
