I am creating a PowerApps Canvas form. It contains an edit form. The data source is a Sharepoint List.

The function of the form is follows:

It is an Internet Access Form with multiple fields, single text type, choice type and a multi line field
The user will submit the form with their Name,Reason for request and will fill a 'Designation','Location' field which will be a choice type field pertaining to the users' Designation and Location respectively.
For eg,Designation will have choices like 'HR','Sales' etc.

I want it to be such that: An external admin,on adding items to a particular column on some other Sharepoint list,reflects these changes to the Designation and Location values for the user. Basically,the values of the choices offered to the user should be in control of some 3rd person.

Eg,if admin changes the items in his sharepoint list from 'HR','Sales' to 'HR','Sales','IT','Marketing'; I want the rest of the values to be available to the users as choices as well.

I am open to some other ways this can be achieved as well.
