I am getting the below panel when I am previewing the App. It was not there earlier I guess it is an new update.
Any suggestions ?

It is new and gives you the option to preview your app on different devices (browser, phone and tablet) - it only appears in Studio.

No - this has been asked before and it only affects Studio (not running the app)
