I have a typical form that allows the ability to edit a previously made record. I want to modify the text boxes border to show that a change has been made. My hold up is it seems that the modified column in the sharepoint list is for the entire record and not one individual question. I know you can compare the created and modified date but I am not sure if you can look at individual questions.

Please try to call flow from powerapps.
'Get changes for an item or a file' action will return which question has been modified.

Would you trigger the flow first from power apps with a "New items is created " on sharepoint then end your flow with a respond in power apps.
