I'm hoping this is the right place to post this (first time poster)
I work within a HR department, and we currently don't have a contract management solution.
we currently use a macro to save letters as individual documents so they can then be saved to colleagues files.
Currently the Process is:
1. report pulled from our HR System
2. We split the file depending on the types of contract required
3. We run the macro (in each letter template, which then splits the files into separate documents depending on the colleagues name.
Hopefully - someone can point me in the right direction. I've had a look through the template flows and can't see any that i think would give us what we need.
