Filter Gallery for Subordinates by Manager

I have a Label input that is pulling in data from the AD employee profile. The employee's position can include 'Supervisor' or 'Manager'.

I want to filter a Gallery by Supervisor's/Manager's subordinates.

I am using the following formula; Will this achieve my goal?

If("Supervisor" || "Manager" in PositionTitleFld.Text,Filter(EmployeeCollection,ManagerEmail - User().Email))

Hi @Phineas ,

Maybe I am wrong, but I understand that you are trying to filter the EmployeeCollection to get the rows whose ManagerEmail value is equal to the current user who is accessing the gallery.

If this is the case, then your formula would be correct after below change:
If("Supervisor" || "Manager" in PositionTitleFld.Text,Filter(EmployeeCollection,ManagerEmail = User().Email))
