so i am using a patch function to add data to the table but i dont want the to add a new row in the table i want as user to be update the table instead of add a new row

According to your screenshot , you are using the Defaults(Table) in your two parameter.
When you use the Defaults(Table) , it means this function will add a row in your data source.
You need to replace it to the one record which exist in your datasource so that you can update the record instead of adding a row.

You can use the LookUp() function or Gallery.Selected to get the one of the record in your datasource.
