Unable to login to flow

Hello.  

 

I'm new to power automate.  I created a flow for my model driven app which sends an email when a row is updated.  I've run it 8 times successfully:

However, I've only received 2 emails from the 8 times I've run the flow.  Also, when I run the flow in the app, I receive an error message every time:

I've waited a few days, restarted my computer, and I've still gotten this error message.  Can anyone help me resolve this?

    Check if you have a trigger condition in your Trigger action.

    Thanks for your reply.  There are no conditions in the trigger action
