I've an app which allows me to record audio, uploading it to a folder on a Sharepoint.

When assessing learners I may assess 3 at a time - so there is one audio recording related to each learner in a 'SelectedGroups' collection.

Each time the form is submitted it creates a new record in a Sharepoint list - I'd like it to upload the same recording for each learner in the collection.

I've included an example of how the app currently uploads to sharepoint. What i'd like is for each learner in the collection to have an individual row with the same reference and other details. Is that possible?
