Planner - List Tasks no longer listing completed tasks

Hi everyone,

Is it possible that in recent days or possibly weeks that the Planner - List tasks connector has broken? I have a flow that counts Total tasks (Not completed + Completed) and another count of just tasks "Not Completed" so that I can calculate the overall percentage of completed task relative to total tasks. However, I have made no change to my flow and all of a sudden my total tasks always equal the same amount of incomplete tasks.

I created a new flow to test and the results are exactly the same. I also tried to filter just tasks that are 100% complete but I get zero results.

I would post a screenshot but I can't find a way to post it in this message without first hosting it online.

Any insight would be appreciated. This is causing me a lot of grief cause my superiors think I haven't been completing any tasks from the look of our SharePoint report.

Hello,

I tried creating a simple flow to list the tasks and it returned all tasks (completed + not completed).

Please check if group ID and Plan ID of the completed tasks is same, just in case.

The List tasks action returns the list of tasks based on these two values, and if completed tasks are mapped to other plan, then it may get excluded from the output.

I'm starting to think that my Plan is corrupt. I tried to pull the same info from another plan and I got the proper numbers. Now I'm going to have to try and figure out how to fix the Planner Plan and I have no clue what, if anything, can be done.

Actually, after further inspection, I realized that the issue is caused by a 400 task cap imposed on the "List Tasks" action. My plan has nearly 1000 tasks and it will just keep growing. I thought about automatically deleting the tasks as they are completed but that's not possible with a non premium license from what I can tell. Does anyone know of any way around the 400 task limit? I'm at a loss. Planner is pretty much the center of all my processes and there has been so many hours invested in writing them all and at this point It's no longer feasible to rewrite them.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
