App works fine in edit mode, but not in PLAY

Hi,

The app ID is cfd2b998-027b-46f2-8589-7e953c7978e9. I also attached it to this post.

I created an app from scratch using a SiteInspection template as an reference. 
Everything works fine in the edit mode, but I have no clue whats going on with play.
I have the first screen and the buttons does not work. 

 

I am using OneDrive connection.
Anyway if I create an app from template and do not change anything it works in play mode. 

Can anyone take a look into it?

    Hello again,

     

    I think that Publish has solve the issue. I had to wait a little for it to work.

    Strange is that I did not publish the app SiteInspection and it was working properly.

    Can someone explain it?

    We need to publish the app to make sure the latest changes take effect in play mode.
