Notifications keep popping up

Hey everyone, I have been having an issue where notifications continually pop up on power apps model driven app. I have turned off the enable toasts and find it automatically turns back on after saving it. Not sure what else I can try. Notifications from a day or 2 ago will reappear on my screen when I move to a new page. Maybe something in power automate flow may cause it? Any help would be much appreciated.

     Were you able to fix this? I am having the same problem right now! My flow is not running repeatedly, users should have all necessary permissions to delete all the notifications they get, and doesn't seem isolated to the "try the new look" feature. So frustrating!
