My bot try going to download file and when open the browser to go to the website it not active.

Well it just have some base action. I also check the extension and extension is ON so i don't know what i should to do

The error is "text box is not found"
Does the page actually load if you try to open it manually? It seems like it might be a web page issue, and not a PAD issue.
Yes. If i try to open it manually this page is fine. And another bot (another computer) that also accesses this website but goes in normally.
Have you tried reinstalling PAD, or removing the extension and then adding it back? Or maybe using a different browser?
