How to add "Action" column in datatable control that has clickable hyperlilnk for respected record?

Hello,

I am using datatable control that is bind with CDS entity and I want to have additional column with the link like "View Details" that should be clickable that gives information of respected record.

How can I achieve this?

I suggest you use a Gallery and structure of like a Datatable. Then use Launch function to view the links. Datatable have limitations.

Fortunately, I was able to implement this with following steps:

1) In existing column of data table, I set "Is Hyperlink" == On
2) "On Select" property of the same column, I redirect to another screen and disaplying details in the form with "table.Selected"

It worked like a charm! 🙂
