Lost training sentences in AI Builder

I have been using AI Builder to train sentences for a customer. The database was 200 pages, and I've been coming back to the model multiple time over the past week with no incident. Then when I took the computer out of sleep mode AI Buider it went to the start up screen and I had lost all of my work. I have been saving throughout. How do I get this work back?

Hi @Anonymous, thank you for the message!

May I ask which AI Builder model are you using? Category Classification, Entity Extraction or another one?

A couple of things we can check:

    1. If you navigate to the Models screen. Do you see your model there with the data you used?

    2. Check that you are in the same environment where you started the creation of the model.

Hi @JoeF-MSFT Thanks so much for your reply! I'm using entity extraction. The model is there but looks like it's never been used. We have used it and saved it multiple times. And yes it's in the same environment we started in.

Thank you @Anonymous! What happens if you click on the model?

@JoeF-MSFT It asks me to choose a table and column from a drop down list, then I click "analyze," and that's when it goes to the content I've been using the train. But instead of showing the number of records I've already checked, it has gone back to 0 records.

Thank you @Anonymous. This seems strange indeed. I'd suggest opening a support ticket so this can be investigated by the engineering team and help get the data back.

You can open a support ticket on the Power Platform admin center, under the Help + Support section: https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/ To speed up the investigations, make sure you include the model ID which you can find by 1) opening the model 2) copying and pasting the last part of the web URL as shown in the image below.

    Apologies for the inconvenience.
